01The shift
The risk has moved off the site and into the factory.
Offsite construction promises speed, quality and programme certainty. It also moves the risk forward, into manufacturing tolerance, certification, the chain of responsibility and an earlier design freeze, where a problem is far more expensive to find late.
Buyers need to know a system performs before they commit. Manufacturers need to prove it to an Irish standard. We sit between the two, independently, and make the answer clear.

On any one project we are paid by one party, disclosed and clear. Our judgement is never for sale to the other side.

We hold every system to an unbroken chain of responsibility, factory to finished building, because that is where Irish compliance lives or fails.

Certification, test data and capacity, verified. A confident presentation is not a compliant building.
